Adding New Fields to "New Ticket"

I am interested in knowing how hard it would be to add additional fields to the "New Ticket" page, basically just a "Customer Name/Individual Name" field and "Telephone Number" field?

it is not difficult at all. Simply add the new fields to tickets table, then update the dbml and the interface where you want to see/use them
