User Profile

Thanks for offering SlickTicket to the community.  We are evaluating the system to see if it can meet our needs and have been unable to figure out why a user profile can only be assigned to a single sub-group.  My understanding is that they can submit tickets to sub-groups where the access level is equal to their assigned AD group level, but what is the purpose of having their profile assigned to a single sub-group?

This is just for email notifications and what tickets to show in the 'My Issues' section.
