Error - no ticket number #

Everything seems to be up and running... mostly. The problem I'm having is that whenever I try to view a ticket, I get the error message

Error - no ticket number #
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Where # is the number of the ticket (1, 2, 3, etc). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Nevermind, It seems to have been an AD setup problem (resulting in my account having Access: 0). It's all fixed now!

Now it's a matter of just playing around with it and making a list of features I need to add or change. Fortunately, the app is very well organized and structured, so making changes should be a breeze.
