Hide Tickets?

Hi All,

First of all can I say how well Slick Ticket is put together, great job!

I've just finished setting up my dev setup and now understand the concept behind the AD deciding access level which then is used by the groups to decide if you can read or write to a ticket.

I want to use Slick Ticket in a setup where not only is read only access allowed but tickets are hidden completely if you don't have appropriate access. Is there anything out the box that allows this or do I need to roll my sleeves up and get coding? If so are there any pointer or things I should be watching for?

No, this is not available out of the box. You probably saw, but it is explained here:

My approach would be to set a Level 1 Group, then add in a column such as 'HiddenBelowLevel INT' - then code for that?
