Active Directory Intergration

I have a quick question about Active Directory integration with slickticket. Is it possible to use AD for your "client" or "customer" database? For example, everyone I'd need to submit tickets for is already listed in our GAL, is this a supported feature?

Yes, it is already taken care of.  Though they will not be populated in the users until they actually use the system.  It pulls name, phone number, etc. from AD.  And explanation of the permissions system can be seen here:
