Not sending ticket updates

We are using slickticket at my job for a wide range of things, and it is not sending the email notification when the ticket has been updated, only send the notifications when a ticket is opened or closed, is there somewhere I can look to resolve this issue?

Can you run it in a debugger possibly? This is the first I have heard of this issue.

It was an issue on our side, with a content rule that was just blocking ticket updates... Thanks for your response though...
