Database structure question

I'm trying to modify the helpdesk to have internal tickets, that aren't counted in the statistics, and I've found that if the active column in the tickets table is set to false, it's not counted in.


Then my question, is that column used for anything else? :-)

It is not actually used for anything at the moment.
