Has anyone customised this software to allow users outside of the AD to login?
I've just installed this and it looks really good. However, I'm running on a VPS and there is only one AD user. I've configured the application in a public folder so that it can be accessed from my site, but I want to be able to allow my customers to create
tickets and me or the one developer I employ to be assigned the ticket. Each of my customers needs to login so they only get to see their own tickets.
Ideally I'd like a login page as the first page. I'm able to add users into the users table in SQL Server manually so I can control the users that are allowed access, I just need to integrate a method that would allow public users to login and add tickets.
Is this something that has been developed at all, or is it something that I would need to pay for?
I'm happy paying for a ticketing system, but everything seems to be either way too expensive or just plain rubbish. Slick Ticket is really good, I just don't know how to customise it.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
