Release Notes

Most upgrade are behind the scenes, but this is a huge improvement.
- Broke the dbi.cs class up into more discreet classes
- Renamed many methods properly
- Removed (non-user-added) markup from any of the database fields
- Lots of localization fixes
- Added ability to possibly delete attachments/comments/tickets in the future
- Code is now much more robust!

IMPORTANT
If you are upgrading from an earlier version, this will not work, you have to first run the upgrade patch then you can run v2.0.

Very useful and comprehensible source code and great product. I've been searching several ones but this is so far the most simple and straight forward solution for Ticketing System. Thanks.

As a govenment agency in these times of sever budget cuts we found this little gem and thought we would try it out. We have used it live for over 3 weeks. It has far far exceeded our expectations! Over 400 tickets and our over 700 users love the system. Its works like a charm and has alread saved us over $10K vs. commercial helpdesk app. Easy set up, rock solid, excellent support, GREAT APP!!!

This is a great helpdesk ticketting system. It is straight forward, simple to set up, and it works very very well.
