option to remove or edit tickets

I think Slick Ticket is an excellent piece of software.

I'm only missing a few things, because I make alot of typo's etc.

I would be a nice feature to be able to remove or edit tickets.

I have used the program for a while and find that you can still delete, and more importantly edit  tickets directly through the SQL interface on your server.  As for the typo issue since its a web based I use the INTERNET add-on called iespell to solve the typo issue.  Just google ieSpell for the link.  It works great for this type of app.

Its very easy to edit the tickets once you open the tables.

I know it may sound cliched, but I left out those abilites on purpose as a design choice.

You see, in our shop, it would not be uncommon for people to go in and delete/change tickets that were alreaday in process, causing all sorts of confusion.  People changing what they had asked for to make themselves look better, changing problems, etc.  I wrote it like this so there is no way to 'undo' anything, you can only correct it moving forward, as I think a ticket system should be - I believe even mistakes are useful in a system like this.
