a question about users

Start with thanks for your Software, really GREAT!!

I'm Italian, and work in a IT office.
I want to use SlickTicket, it works very well!

But I've a quest:

I need only 2 level:
- Users that will give request of technical assistance
- Operator of IT Office

I did 1 group whit 2 sub-groups:
- Users [level 1]
- IT [level 10]

When a user send a Ticket, he can't select to assign that to IT, infact it's a upper level.
But everyones can modify his ticket untill someonet take it and put in sub-group IT.

It's possible to do that when users send a ticket nobody can modify it unless IT operator?

It is not really how the system was designed, but you could modify it that way.  In ticket.aspx.cs you could modify line 58 to read like this:

if ((ugAccessLevel.security_level <= t.sub_unit.access_level) && t.submitter != me.id)

Which I *think* (not tested) would allow only the user themselves and anyone in a higher level to edit the ticket.
