"What AD groups do I belong to?" Blank result

Good afternoon...

We have been using slick ticket for about a year and a half, we replaced a DC last week and since then workstations randomly lose the ability to look at their group membership from the profile page. Even the server hosting the app is doing it right now, and I am able to update the ADGroups.xml file no problem. It has the latest groups listed.

Some workstations have no problem, some only have the problem part of the day. Any ideas?

Really hard to say, would you be able to run a debugger on these machines? It is hard to fix without being able to reproduce.

Sure, I can run a debugger...how would I go about doing that?

Is it just me, or does IE10 and IE11 have this issue where it comes back with a blank result?
