I'm currently on a bit of a fact finding mission for my employers regarding a our new CRM we are in the process of installing/testing (Microsoft Dynamics) which is scheduled to be in place sometime in the next couple of months and we are looking for an open
source help desk system that can be implemented now and then integrated at a later date into the Dynamics suite, and I came across slick-ticket.
Is there anyone out there with any hints and tips/caveats surrounding integrating the slick ticket system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM? If anyone has already done this then is it an easy transition and is there much to watch out or take note of when doing
