Windows Authentication not working

We have been using Slick Ticket for a while now. It is linked to Active Directory for Windows Authentication and it works fine for most users. However, there are two or three users that that have to enter login information (user name and password) every time they access Slick Ticket. 

Interesting though, Windows Authentication worked fine for them before, it just suddendly stopped working and now they are frustrated because they have to enter user name and password every time they open Slick Ticket.

Please help.

This sounds like an environment change, specifically with those users environments - this is not something that lies in the code.

That is what is interesting, NOTHING has changed; no OS change, No PC change, No profile change.
