is it possibility to assign ticket to problem category?

hello, i've just downloaded your product and liked it very much. but i need some additional futures. i want to know if it's possible to assign ticket to some problem category and subcategory?

threre is a future to assign to a group. let's say department and subgroup subdivision in department. how about problem and subproblem?? do i need to develop it as additional future?

This is not built in, but could easily be added if you wish to pursue it.
