Email HTML Issues

Whenever someone creates a new ticket and the email is sent to the IT group, the ticket has embedded HTML code as well.

 

Example:

Problem: Lauren said that when she left Friday evening that her monitor shut down and she was unable to turn it back on.  Could someone please come take a look at it? Friday was her last day of work before her maternity leave, so no rush.  thanks!

There is currently no 'html-free' option built in - is it ppossible to turn on html parsing in your email client?

Is there a way to make the new ticket details screen be TEXT only, or TEXT as the default. I found out if I select the TEXT instead of HTML on menu bar then the emails are fine.
